Compatibility

This exhaust system is compatible with all Peugeot 205 GTI / CTI 1.6 / 1.9 models manufactured between 1985 and 1993. It fits directly onto the original manifold and utilizes the factory mounting points, ensuring easy installation. For catalyzed models, it replaces the catalytic converter.

Installation

The central pipe connects directly to the manifold outlet and is secured under the car using ultra-durable welded brackets that hook into the original exhaust mounting points. The rear silencer attaches to the central pipe with a bolt clamp. No cutting or special adjustments are required for installation on the 205 GTI or CTI: the system is designed for a perfect fit on the first installation.

Certification and Inspection

This exhaust system is certified for rally use in Group N but not for road use. It easily passes emissions tests for non-catalyzed 205 models manufactured before 1992.
