UNIT PRICE: HAND-PAINTED VINTAGE LICENSE PLATE SERVICE – RESTORATION OR CUSTOM CREATION

Artisanal service for restoring or creating hand-painted vintage license plates

Faithful reproduction of historical characters or fully custom creations on aluminum plates, available only in standard stock sizes (for creations).

Weather-resistant hand-applied paint, glossy finish, authentic 1930s to 1950s style.

Two service options available:

Restoration: The customer sends us their original plates. We restore the lettering with authentic hand-painted work.
Creation: We produce plates from our in-stock formats, with text and style specified by the customer.

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

Not street legal – These plates are strictly for decorative, collector, or show use. They are not authorized for public roads.
100% handmade finish – Each plate is painted manually using traditional methods. Small imperfections are normal and part of the charm.
Limited creation formats – Custom creations are only possible using our in-stock standard formats. Restorations can be done on any plate size.
Mandatory prior contact – Each project is unique. Please call us before ordering to confirm feasibility and finalize specifications.
Reference photos required – For any reproduction, please provide clear and detailed images of the original plates or desired style.

Restoration – 1 plate: €100 excl. VAT
Restoration – 2 plates: €150 excl. VAT
Creation – 1 plate: €140 excl. VAT (€100 + €40 for the aluminum base)
Creation – 2 plates: €230 excl. VAT (€150 + €80 for the aluminum bases)

Estimated Production Time

Full production time (design + painting + curing) is estimated between 2 to 4 weeks from the final project confirmation with the client.
