Technical product: phone consultation required before ordering

This service involves the fully custom-made production of car floor mats for a vehicle we do not yet have a template for.

Please call us before placing your order. This product requires a detailed conversation to confirm the following:

• Project feasibility
• Carpet type (velour only)
• Desired features (heel pad, stitching, logo, etc.)
• How the physical template will be sent

Physical template required

The customer must send a rigid cardboard template with exact dimensions. Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and must be sent with signature upon delivery.

Custom logos – Vector file required

We can create custom logos if we receive a valid vector file (.AI, .EPS, vectorized .PDF, or .SVG). Common image files (.JPG, .PNG, screenshots, etc.) are not suitable.

The logo must be clear, large enough, and not overly detailed. If unsure, please contact us before placing your order.

Cancellation fees for protocol violations

This product requires considerable preparation. If a customer places an order without contacting us first and later cancels after multiple communications (phone, email, WhatsApp, etc.), fees will be charged based on time spent.

Time is billed at a rate of €100 excl. VAT per hour depending on the workload (analysis, technical review, discussions). A detailed invoice will be issued accordingly.

✅ No fees apply if the customer follows the instructions and contacts us before ordering. This clause is only enforced for customers who disregard the stated process.
