**Minimum dimensions for single-line plates:** 300 x 80 mm
**Minimum dimensions for two-line plates:**
- Without border: 190 x 120 mm
- With border: 190 x 130 mm
**Important:** Reflective white background is only available for plates with maximum dimensions of 520 x 110 mm.
**Special formats:**
For custom shapes (this does not apply to simple rectangular or square formats), you must send us a cardboard template by mail. Templates must be physical (cardboard only) and shipped to us.
If your format is highly specific and poses manufacturing constraints (e.g., character arrangement, space for dashes, etc.), we will contact you for instructions. These instructions must be provided by you, as we do not make decisions on your behalf. In particular, if dimensions need adjustment, we do not create new templates. It is your responsibility to provide accurate instructions.
If you cannot or do not wish to provide a new template to address a manufacturing constraint, the order will simply be canceled. This also applies to any issues with character arrangement.
To help avoid technical back-and-forth, please note the following dimensions:
- **Standard auto characters:** 39 mm wide x 69 mm high
- **Small motorcycle characters:** 27 mm wide x 49 mm high
- Spacing between two consecutive characters is approximately 1 cm. Dashes are required for license plate numbers in the format **AB-123-CD**.
