MANUFACTURING STEPS
1 - Format definition on software and plaque background cut with plotter on vinyl sheet
2 - Entering the license plate into the software, adjustment according to plate format, and automatic cutting with plotter
3 - Manual application of the license plate on transfer tape
4 - Measurement calculation to position the license plate centered
5 - Application of the license plate and removal of the transfer tape, and finishing touches
6 - Quality control
Vinyl Plate Preparation Time: 1 hour and 30 minutes
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Our vinyl plates are highly adhesive. To position the sticker smoothly, spray the application area and the adhesive side with a mixture of water and a little dish soap. Once the plate is in place, use a soft squeegee to remove any excess liquid and prevent air bubbles. Although not mandatory, this step is recommended to ensure a bubble-free application. Allow the sticker to dry for 48 hours in a dry, sheltered area before using your vehicle to ensure maximum adhesion. In colder conditions, extend the adhesion time by an additional 24 hours.
