Due to high demand, we cannot provide previews before producing your order. Therefore, it is essential to provide us with very precise written and visual instructions regarding the desired customization elements. They will be followed meticulously.
PRODUCTION STEPS
1 - Define the format on the software and cut the plate background on vinyl sheet using a plotter
2 - Enter the license number into the software, adjust according to plate size, and automatically cut with plotter
3 - Manually stick the license number onto transfer tape for positioning
4 - Measure to position the license number precisely centered
5 - Apply the license number and remove the transfer tape, finishing touches
6 - Quality control
Preparation time for one vinyl plate: 1 hour and 30 minutes
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Our vinyl plates are extremely adhesive. For precise application, follow these steps: start by spraying a mixture of water and a little dish soap on the application area and the adhesive side of the sticker. Then, place the plate in position and use a soft, felt squeegee to remove water and prevent bubbles. Although optional, this step is recommended for a flawless installation. Then, let the sticker dry for 48 hours in a dry place before using your car, allowing the adhesive to reach maximum bond strength. If applied in cold weather, extend the adhesion time by an additional 24 hours.
