Adaptation and possibilities of use

This varnish can be used on metal surfaces, plastics, or glass. It can be applied by brush, roller or spray gun. It can be applied both on the outside of a lighthouse, with direct sales, sun, rain, but we recommend using a clear lacquer to protect the yellow paint. It can also be used on the inner layer of a headlight pane, on a casing, or a parabola of lighthouse.

Application Tips

For the application of varnish on your bulb (only pilot lights), first remove the grains of dust or impurities from the globe to ensure a better rendering. The bulb must be cold. Apply a single coat of varnish with a brush and leave to dry for 10 hours in a dry and sheltered place. To fix the paint, the use of a fixative varnish type clear gloss spray can be indicated according to the surface of application (especially for the outside).

Whether for the application of varnish on a plastic surface or a glass surface (wall, bottom or parabola headlight or bulb), we advise the application of 2 layers each spaced 10h drying for a darker rendering, and one layer only for a lighter rendering. To clean the brush, use white spirit. We advise to apply the varnish on the internal surface of the lighthouse because often it is smooth and gives a better rendering.

It is necessary to clean the surface of application.

Here are three illustrations of applications of this yellow varnish: directly on the glass for this Porsche; on the chrome background of the parabola with a long range of 205 GTI, or on the night light of a Vw Jetta (here lit).

Important: We recommend the use of this paint for low light intensity bulbs, such as night lights. Do not use on household bulbs.
