The shipping and pickup options mentioned on this page apply only to customers located in mainland France (excluding islands).
For shipments to Corsica, Île de Ré, Île d’Oléron, or any remote or hard-to-reach areas (mountain regions, etc.), a custom shipping quote is required before placing an order.
The same applies to international customers within the EU or abroad: please contact us in advance for any shipping or return inquiries.
This wheel restoration service is available exclusively online.
Orders must be placed directly on our website. Once your order is paid, you may ship your wheels to us or arrange for drop-off at our workshop. Pickup of restored wheels is also possible by appointment.
Please contact us prior to ordering to confirm whether this service suits your project.
We strongly recommend discussing the details of your wheels—model, condition, and desired finish—before placing any order.
Only three finishes are available: matte aluminum (as shown in our photos), matte black, or gloss white.
No other color codes or original paint matches are offered. The restoration process results in a new finish that may differ from the factory look.
For example, Speedline wheels from the Peugeot 205 GTI 1.9 export versions (such as Swiss models) had specific original colors that cannot be replicated through this service.

This service is available only for aluminum wheels that are not cracked or structurally deformed.
Pricing is per wheel.
The customer ships the wheels at their own expense (Colissimo, courier, or drop-off at our facility), or requests a pickup via a Rebelcar-appointed transporter (quote required).
Packing & Shipping:
– Wheels must be securely packed in solid boxes with internal padding and protection.
– If shipping is arranged by the customer, they assume full responsibility until reception at our facility.
– If Rebelcar handles the pickup, we assume responsibility for transportation.
Liability & Reimbursement:
– In case of loss or damage during transport arranged by us, reimbursement may be offered based on the proven value of the wheel, up to a maximum of €120 incl. tax per wheel.
– Proof of value (invoice or estimate) will be required.
– No refund will be offered for damages due to poor packaging or third-party shipments not arranged by Rebelcar.
Important:
– Wheels remain the customer’s property throughout the entire process.
– We do not accept wheels with tires mounted.
– If unsure about how to ship, please contact us before dispatching.
Upon receipt, the wheels are cleaned and then transferred to a specialized partner for sandblasting.
The specialist performs full stripping and sandblasting. Final finish is applied according to your choice: aluminum, black, or white.
Wheels are returned to Rebelcar for final inspection. Visual checks and photographs are sent to the customer before return shipping.
Restored wheels are carefully packaged and shipped back to the customer, or made available for local pickup by appointment.
- This service covers only the cosmetic restoration of aluminum wheels. No structural repairs are performed on cracked, bent, or deformed wheels.
- Wheels must be shipped without tires or valves. Any valves received will be removed and discarded during the process.
- Tire mounting and wheel balancing are not included in this service. Wheels are returned fully painted and ready to install.
- Severely damaged wheels may still show minor imperfections or surface irregularities after restoration, such as small dents or texture inconsistencies.
- Original markings (e.g., Speedline, Made in Italy) may be partially obscured or less legible after blasting and repainting.
- Factory-specific finishes (such as brushed or polished centers) will not be preserved — all wheels are fully repainted, inside and out.
- Wheels are a critical safety component. They directly link the vehicle's suspension to the road. Their structural integrity must never be compromised.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the restored wheels meet vehicle compatibility and safety standards, including legal fitment, homologation, and tire maintenance.
- This service is not a substitute for technical inspections or manufacturer approvals. If in doubt, we recommend having your wheels inspected by a qualified professional before use.
