PRIVATE SERVICE AGREEMENT – POST-SALE RESHIPMENT

Service Description

Post-sale reshipment of a license plate previously purchased and voluntarily returned by the client, following a complimentary restoration service performed in our workshop.

This agreement covers only the shipping cost to return the plate to the client after restoration. It does not cover or extend the warranty, responsibility, or contractual scope of the original order made on 22-MAY-2025.

Restoration Terms

The restoration will be carried out free of charge as a commercial gesture. It is limited to a best-effort repair. The result will not be perfect, but the item will be carefully reshaped using proper workshop tools. No replacement, refund, or new item will be issued in any form.

Client's Responsibility – Return Shipment

The return of the item to our facility must be done at the client's expense and under the client's sole responsibility. Should the item be lost or damaged in transit, we shall follow the standard legal procedure: if the parcel arrives damaged, we will either refuse it or accept it with formal written reserves and notify the client accordingly. It will be the client's responsibility to contact their transport company and file a claim. We cannot act on their behalf in such cases.

Legal Context

As per Articles L. 217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code and Article 1193 of the French Civil Code, contracts are binding and non-modifiable once mutually agreed upon and executed. The present transaction is distinct from the original sale, which remains closed and finalized. No new guarantee is provided through this return shipment agreement. The client expressly acknowledges these limitations by validating this new service.

Shipping Fee

Amount due for return shipment to Austria: €26.32 (incl. VAT)

Payment is required prior to shipment. You will receive a secure payment link shortly. Once the item has been received and restored, the parcel will be dispatched without delay.

Our commitment to quality remains absolute. From order preparation to packaging, communication, after-sales support and compliance with legal guarantees, we continue to apply the same level of professionalism and care as we do for all our clients. The rights and protections offered under French law — including those concerning conformity and hidden defects — remain fully applicable and unchanged.

However, this does not imply the entitlement to any additional or exceptional services beyond what is contractually defined. No supplementary benefits or guarantees should be expected beyond the scope explicitly stated in the present agreement and our general terms of sale.

All license plates marketed by REBELCAR are sold as novelty and not for official use items. Henceforth, none of our replica license plates may be used in lieu of state issued, country issued or officially (government) issued license plates.
