Production Timeline:

Given the intricate graphic work involved, the production period is estimated at 3 to 4 weeks from the date of payment. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding regarding this timeframe.

Please note that once an order for a personalized item enters production, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded. Production commences immediately upon receipt of your order. Due to our collaboration with external facilities for digital printing, we are unable to halt the production process once it has begun. Consequently, there is no right of withdrawal for personalized products.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. 

Furthermore, a slight delay in the production timeline does not constitute valid grounds for order cancellation. While we are committed to meeting our stated deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may lead to minor delays. By placing an order, you agree to remain flexible regarding the production schedule and acknowledge that such delays do not entitle you to cancel the order.
