1. Purpose of This Private Sale

This private listing is for the custom production of a decorative replica of a Maryland Transporter license plate, featuring the registration number 5T13113. The plate is intended exclusively for display or collection purposes and is not street-legal.

2. Technical & Design Specifications

The plate will be made of embossed aluminum, coated with Nikalite brand reflective white sheeting, known for its durability and brightness.

Key features include:

A Thin US Border, counter-embossed inward.

Four round mounting holes (standard position, included).

"Maryland" displayed in italic font at the top.

"Transporter" displayed in bold italic font at the bottom.

The custom registration 5T13113 will be deeply embossed and black-stamped using a thermal printer, following the original spacing and layout as closely as possible.

Note: Matching month and year validation stickers are available separately on our website.

3. Differences from Original Plates

Please be advised that there are some noticeable differences between this replica and an official Maryland plate.

Our numerals differ slightly from those used by the Maryland DMV:

For example, the "1" on our plate includes a bottom serif (base), which is not present on the official typeface.

We use our own set of stamping dies. Reproducing the exact official font would require custom toolmaking, estimated at €500 for graphic design and fabrication of four new dies.

This optional upgrade is available upon request, and must be quoted separately via WhatsApp. The dies created would remain the exclusive property of our workshop.

Other potential minor differences may include:

Slight variations in font weight and finish.

Small alignment deviations (within a few millimeters).

Surface texture or reflectivity differences.

While the replica will be extremely close in appearance, the client acknowledges and accepts these tolerances. The client has already received a sample from us and is familiar with the quality of our craftsmanship.

By ordering this item, the client agrees to the following:

They are the legitimate owner of the number 5T13113 or are fully authorized to reproduce it.

They are not replicating a plate belonging to someone else.

They will not use this product for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

As the seller:

We waive all responsibility regarding the end use of the product.

We cannot be held liable for any misuse, legal action, or import restrictions.

Shipments are made under Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place): any import duty, customs issue or delay is the buyer’s full responsibility.

5. Pricing

The total price for this custom order is €200 excluding VAT, which covers:

Custom production and coordination.

This pricing reflects the true complexity of the process, which involves:

External print providers.

Our internal embossing and finishing team.

More than 10 professionals may be involved in fulfilling this one-off order, which is handled with the same care and precision as larger, more profitable production runs.

6. Production Timeline

The estimated production lead time is 3 to 4 weeks from the moment all technical elements are confirmed.

In certain cases, production may take up to 5 weeks, depending on volume and supplier delays.

Once the graphic file has been finalized, future reorders will be faster, as we retain the plate layout for later use.

Clients are expected to remain flexible and understanding. Each custom project involves multiple stages and subcontractors, including outsourced printing, design review, and final assembly.

7. Legal Notice – Terms & Conditions

Once production has started, the order becomes:

Non-refundable

Non-cancelable, even partially

Non-modifiable, including delivery address or deadline extensions

The client must ensure that:

All submitted information is accurate and final.

The shipping address is definitive.

No modifications will be accepted after production begins, regardless of any unforeseen circumstances.

Important Note on Flexibility and Good Faith

While the above terms may appear strict, they are the result of past experiences where certain clients attempted to exploit loopholes or push boundaries beyond what was initially agreed.

That said, we remain a professional, conscientious company operating in good faith and within the framework of commercial law and consumer rights. Whenever possible, and especially when communication with the client is smooth and respectful, we are open to showing flexibility at our own discretion.

We always strive to serve our clients in the best possible way, within the scope of the contract and the price paid. For example, if a client wishes to add an additional plate at the last minute, we may be able to accommodate such requests, provided they are reasonable and feasible within the production timeline.

However, clients should not attempt to force our hand or take advantage of our goodwill. These conditions are firm by necessity, but we are fully prepared to take responsibility when needed — especially in cases of error on our part or significantly extended production delays. In such situations, we will work in cooperation with the client to find appropriate solutions, whether initiated by us or suggested constructively by the client.

We remain entirely open to dialogue and fair adjustments, but we do not tolerate abuse or manipulation of contractual grey areas for personal gain.

All license plates marketed by REBELCAR are sold as novelty and not for official use items. Henceforth, none of our replica license plates may be used in lieu of state issued, country issued or officially (government) issued license plates. You are wholly responsible to ensure that the license plates purchased from this site will not be used in a way so as to violate state or country statutes.
