AESTHETIC DESCRIPTION
This item is a custom-made 12x6 inch decorative tag.
It will feature a standard front-stamped border, embossed and painted in red. Please note: our border stamping is slightly closer to the edge than the original, resulting in a shallower angle after the rim.
The top line will display the red-embossed text TRANS., short for “Transporter,” using a custom-fabricated die.
Centered will be the personalized decorative marking 9.4.1.6, red embossed.
At the bottom: the word Connecticut in red, with a red outline of the state shape on the left-hand side.
The background will be light yellow and reflective, with retro-reflective brilliance.
The plate will include four round mounting holes, precisely drilled to US spec.

LEGAL NOTICE – NON-ROAD USE
This is a non-DOT decorative item, strictly intended for private display or collection use.
It is not street-legal, cannot be used on public roads, and must not be presented as an official license plate.
By purchasing, the client confirms they are the rightful owner of the custom text (if applicable), that it does not constitute a forgery, and that the product will not be used for any official or administrative purpose.

PRODUCTION LEAD TIME
The TRANS die is a custom-machined aluminum tool, fabricated via CNC process.
Production lead time is 4 weeks, with a tolerance of up to 6 weeks in case of post-machining adjustments or technical issues.
Once the die is complete, the plate itself requires an additional 2–3 business days for production and assembly.
The client understands and agrees:
– this time frame does not include shipping;
– no cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks are allowed during the production period;
– in the rare case we are unable to deliver within the max stated delay (6 weeks + plate prep), we will fully refund the order.

CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS
Once payment is received, production begins immediately.
This includes design work, administrative coordination, and material preparation with our partners.
Accordingly, no modifications, cancellations, or substitutions can be accepted after payment.
The client agrees that by confirming and paying the order, they fully understand and accept these conditions with no exceptions.

TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS
Characters such as 9, 4, 1, and 6 will be visually similar to the reference photo sent, but not identical.
Our in-house font is close in shape and proportion, but it has its own design features:
– the "1" has a horizontal base;
– the "4" is open-style;
– the "6" and "9" closely match the original design.
To exactly match each character would require a custom die for every digit, which is not feasible.
The customer explicitly agrees that minor aesthetic differences are acceptable, and no claims of non-conformity will be accepted for such variations.

ANTI-FRAUD AND BEHAVIOR POLICY
In case of dishonest behavior (e.g. chargeback attempts, threats, blackmail, or abuse), the following will apply:
– the product will be produced and shipped regardless;
– the client may be blacklisted from further orders;
– we reserve the right to report the incident to payment processors and legal authorities in the client’s country.
This is a professional sale governed by French commercial law. Both parties have responsibilities; the customer is not exempt from the contract’s binding force.
