Private Sale Proposal: Custom License Plates & Stickers

We are pleased to provide you with a detailed proposal for the production of 24 custom license plates and 48 personalized stickers based on your specifications. Please find the details and pricing breakdown below.

1) License Plates

Technical Specifications:

• COUNTER-EMBOSSED LARGE US BORDER
• 4 ROUND MOUNTING HOLES
• Printed at the top: VIRGINIA
• Printed at the bottom: INDEPENDENT DEALER
• Embossed vertically on the left: ID
• Following that, registration number with a dash
• Text embossed in dark blue (the darkest shade of blue available)

• 58-874
• 58-875
• 58-876
• 58-877
• 58-878
• 58-879
• 58-880
• 58-881

Additional Work Required:

• Number of characters provided by the client via photo: 3
• Number of characters we will need to identify based on photos from the Internet: 6

Estimated time for identifying characters: 1 to 2 hours.

Pricing:

• Design & production cost for the main number embossing tool: €110 x 8 distinct characters = €880
• Production cost for the "ID" embossing tool: €220 (tool entirely in aluminum)
• Cost per plate: Normally listed on our site at €180.00 (excluding VAT). However, given the volume of your order, we offer a special price of €100.00 (excluding VAT) per plate.
  • 24 plates: €100.00 x 24 = €2,400
• Time spent identifying characters: 1 to 2 hours, priced at €80/hour
  • Estimated time: 2 hours = €160 (excluding VAT)
• Note: We already have a tool for the dash (albeit slightly shorter), but the difference is minor and will not affect the design. This saves on tooling costs.

Discount Calculation:

• Regular price per plate: €180.00
• Discounted price: €100.00
• Percentage discount: 44.44%

2) Stickers

Design Work:

• Estimated time to reproduce 2 sticker designs: 1 hour.
• Price per sticker: Normally priced at €20.00 (excluding VAT). We will apply a 15% commercial discount.
• Discounted price per sticker: €20.00 - 15% = €17.00 (excluding VAT)
• Total for 48 stickers: €17.00 x 48 = €816 (excluding VAT)
• Design time cost: 1 hour at €80/hour = €80 (excluding VAT)

Total Pricing Breakdown:

Grand Total (Excluding VAT):
€880 + €220 + €2,400 + €160 + €816 + €80 = €4,556

Production Time:

The estimated production time is 5 to 6 weeks from the date of receipt of full payment, which can be made via credit card or PayPal.

Please be advised that all orders placed as part of this private sale are for custom, made-to-order items, specifically tailored to your requirements. These items often necessitate the creation of specialized tooling and are manufactured exclusively for you.

As a result, once your order enters production, it can no longer be modified or canceled under any circumstances. Additionally, no changes or cancellations will be accepted once the order has been partially or fully prepared.
