The items are shipped from France to the United States, and while they are non-official and decorative, they closely resemble official formats. As such, these products are subject to inspection by customs authorities.

While we take great care in packaging and documenting every shipment, we cannot be held responsible for the decisions or actions taken by U.S. Customs or any border control agency.
In the event of:

Refusal of importation
by customs or any governmental entity, no refund will be issued. The client understands and accepts that this is a third-party intervention beyond our control, and that all risk is assumed by the recipient.

We want to be fully transparent:
We have shipped hundreds of custom plates to the U.S. over the past 12 years without any issue related to customs clearance. Only one case ever involved a returned parcel, and that was due to the client refusing to pay import duties — not a customs seizure.
Still, we include this clause out of caution. While rare, the possibility of intervention by customs cannot be ruled out.

Rebelcar’s responsibility covers the safe and secure dispatch of your order, and full tracking is provided. However, successful delivery is ultimately contingent on the recipient's compliance with customs procedures and proper reception practices, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions and in the shipping guidelines provided at the time of dispatch.d

Shipping details or contents cannot be changed once the order is in production

IMPORTANT NOTE ON FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR

We’ve unfortunately experienced a few dishonest attempts from clients trying to cancel their orders by refusing delivery or attempting chargebacks, often because their own clients backed out of deals.

Please be advised:

Refusing a parcel is not a valid form of cancellation.

All shipments are fully documented and photographed, and proof of delivery is retained.

The production is custom, high-quality, and conforms to the order.

Any attempt to manipulate the process, initiate false claims, or file unjustified chargebacks will be formally contested and expose the client to risk with their payment provider or bank.

In one recent case, a client placed a large custom order, refused delivery, and attempted a chargeback. They lost. Every client who has tried this approach has failed.

While 99% of our clients are satisfied and respectful, we do not tolerate dishonest behavior. Not only will it lead to a permanent ban from our services, but it may also trigger legal and financial consequences for the buyer.

All license plates marketed by REBELCAR are sold as novelty and not for official use items. Henceforth, none of our replica license plates may be used in lieu of state issued, country issued or officially (government) issued license plates. You are wholly responsible to ensure that the license plates purchased from this site will not be used in a way so as to violate state or country statutes. REBELCAR, our suppliers and licensors are not responsible for legal violations that may arise from the use of products marketed on our site.
