This private sale is made on a one-time, custom procurement basis. The items listed above are not part of our standard inventory and are being ordered especially for you, following your specific request. Most of these references are neither displayed on our website nor usually sold by our company. They will be sourced through a European distributor and may require factory restocking from Italy. As such, no cancellation, return, or exchange will be accepted once the order is confirmed.

This agreement falls under international contract law principles and reflects Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, which excludes from the right of withdrawal all products that are made to order or clearly personalized. Likewise, under European and international trade law, the client's express request for off-catalog goods that we cannot resell constitutes a material and irreversible transaction.

Any dispute over delivery will be assessed based on full tracking and delivery confirmations. Only a proven total failure of delivery (no tracking, no signature, no reception) could lead to a refund. Situations of customs seizure, administrative delays, or theft after delivery do not fall under our liability.

If a chargeback is attempted, we will submit complete proof of good faith execution to our own banking and interbanking network. This includes photographic documentation, internal production evidence, tracking and delivery confirmations, and all written exchanges. The purpose of this clause is to protect our company from abusive or dishonest behavior in an international context. Buyers using our services agree to these conditions.

By confirming this order, the client accepts these terms and acknowledges that this transaction is final and non-refundable.
