The cables and programming software, on CD or downloadable, are intended for technicians, installers, or experienced users. They are therefore not necessarily supplied with instructions and hot line. The user will have to personally take charge of the handling, and any computer problems encountered. As regards software, it is neither returned nor exchanged. The cable connects your computer to the 9900 SS. Requires a PC running Windows 2000 / XP / Vista / 7/8 with a free USB port. The cord plugs directly into the back of the SS 9900. It is not necessary to open the device.
